Special meeting playbook

It’s easy to keep everyone on task and on schedule when you utilize this well-organized approach.

For important meetings or events where attendees will be reviewing similar information, creating a custom playbook can help meetings run smoothly and efficiently.

First, attach a calendar with the meeting’s name, date and time to the cover of a 3-ring binder. Make your agenda page one, followed by pertinent documents (proposals, budgets, reports, schedules, etc.). You can easily separate the information by using Post-it® Tabs with color-coded references on the agenda.
