Keeping formulas at your fingertips

Can’t quite remember which formula you need to solve a particular problem? Have no fear — we have a solution to keep your essential equations at the ready.

  • SAMPLE LESSON: QUICK FORMULA REFERENCE WITH POST-IT® FLAGS

Tired of flipping through your lessons trying to find which formula fits which equation? Use this simple method to keep your mathematical search party from wandering for days.

  • 1

When coming across a new math formula in your lessons, use a Post-it® Flag in the color of your choice to mark the page.

  • 2

Attach a Post-it® Grid Note to the back of your book and attach to it the colored Post-it® Flag that you used to identify the formula in Step 1. Write down the formula next to the Post-it® Flag as well as any additional notes you want.

  • 3

Continue adding Post-it® Flags to identify and color code new formulas as your lessons progress.

  • 4

Ever need to reference that formula again? Now you have an easy way to go back in your book to refresh yourself and possibly even connect lessons going forward.
