Create a grid of blank Post-it® Notes on a sheet from a Post-it® Easel Pad. Draw a large “smartphone” around the grid.
Challenge your students to find a formula for calculating things such as area, circumference, the temperature by cricket chirps, etc. Ask them to write this formula on a Post-it® Note within the grid.
Once all of the formulas are in place, adhere the sheet to the wall of your classroom. Refer to the “apps” as needed throughout the year.
